Market leading Pharmaceutical client based in Surrey has the opportunity for a Analyst/Co-ordinator on an initial 6 month contract. You will be responsible for the collation of IT knowledge than making it available to the business and senior stakeholders.


* This role is to create, maintain, analyse, publicise and share of all knowledge articles necessary for effective operation of services
* It also includes managing shared information repositories that can be accessed by all suppliers, customers and the provider using appropriate access controls
* Ensure that the knowledge is sourced from all relevant sources, and should be shared between, all suppliers and the provider


üPlan on a day today basis to coordinate for harvesting the business knowledge from various sources
üPlan on a need basis for providing access to the repositories for relevant stakeholders
üIdentification of opportunities to gather the business knowledge articles from various sources and integrate and enhance the self-service portal
üCoordinate (create, maintain, analyse, publish and share) the knowledge articles in a central repository and manage the contents on a need basis
üManage the access levels of the information repositories

·Execute (IT Operation and Support)
üMaintain, monitor and report the knowledge articles from all suppliers
üAccumulate the knowledge articles from various sources and publish the articles
üEnable the access rights of the repositories for required stakeholders


* Moderate knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library and IT service management
* Analytical skills to convince the business on the data you have gathered
* Using ServiceNow to capture the knowledge so any experience with this or equivalent tools is nice to have
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical business is desirable
* Appreciation of COBIT as information system control guiding principles
* Moderate experience working in a matrixed organisation together with various suppliers
* Appreciation of work experience across multiple cultures and countries / regions is a plus
* Fluent in written and verbal business English
* University degree is required or vocational
* ITIL foundational certification
