- My client is a successful and highly-regarded pharmaceutical company with a
number of key business areas
- Part of their business is to provide Business and Consulting Services to medical
aesthetics clinics across the world by to help clinics grow and optimise their
- These services are divided into 2 categories:
1. Business Education - face to face training events and online resources
2. Business Consulting - in-clinic consulting supporting

Key role deliverables:

The International Consulting Services Manager is responsible for:
1. Co-developing the strategy for the business Services with the
Associate Director
2. Creating materials and services in line with the strategy and regulatory

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Developing the strategy for the business Services in collaboration with the
Associate Director
- Identification of new opportunities and service needs / trends through customer
survey, competitive market intelligence and market research across international
- Development of program guidelines for consistent customer messaging and
compliance with the regulatory environment in force
- Qualification of opportunities for launching the business services programme in
new countries
- Creation of materials and services in line with the strategy and regulatory
- Identification, development and optimisation of services, materials and tools for
international deployment
- Ensure all services and materials comply with the regulatory and legal framework
- Management of international material approval
- Coaching of country management and marketing teams on programme management


- Educated to degree standard; higher qualifications welcome (MBA or equivalent)


- Global international work experience
- Broad consultancy experience with demonstrable expertise e.g. assessment,
marketing, finance, business, organizational efficiency
- People management and team leadership preferable
- Training & coaching of people preferable
- Design and Marketing of value-add services
- Process design and optimization

Skills & Personal Qualities:

- Fluency in multiple languages preferable
- Excellent Communication skills (both written and oral)
- Strategic thinker with practical problem solving & analytical skills
- Self-starter, likes to work independently and as part of a team
- Thrives on working in a fluid matrix organisation with nor direct reporting lines
- Effective influencer across different levels of the organisation and across
different cultures
- Strong organization & planning with keen eye for detail
- Coaching and Training Skills
- Prepared to travel 20% of the working time
