Job type: 12 month maternity contract
Location: South Buckinghamshire, home counties, UK

key business activities in R&D, Manufacturing and global commercialisation of an
innovative range of products

Job Summary:

- Responsible for overseeing strategic consumer initiatives across the
International Region and driving sustainable business growth across the medical
aesthetics franchise

Key responsibilities:

- Strategic consultation on consumer initiatives with high potential, high
investment markets
- Ongoing Media and Analytics Consultation to ensure country investments are
- Driving digital initiatives that have a high quality UX and conversion for
consumers across the world
- Overseeing material development for in clinic merchandising that will be rolled
out across the medical aesthetics franchise to all markets
- Managing creative, analytics, digital and media agencies
- Collaborating with the product teams to align on the key marketing strategies for
each product in the portfolio, developing programmes and materials that engage
consumers along the consumer path to purchase
- Collaborating with the services & public relations team on all materials &
- Being an international knowledge leader for consumer marketing across the medical
aesthetics portfolio, keeping up to date on key marketing trends, market
developments, market regulations, market research (proprietary & secondary) and
making recommendations on how to evolve each campaign

Education and Experience:

- University degree in a Science or Business-related discipline
- Substantial marketing experience at a national / international level including
responsibility for consumer marketing
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or dealing with pharmaceutical
commercial regulations
- Advanced understanding of media planning & buying
- Experience with highly engaging digital experiences and collaborating with
different agencies
- Experience working with CMS websites
- Strong, practical knowledge of digital analytics

- Demonstrated leadership and excellent influencing skills
- Very strong planning and project management skills
- Highly creative
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluency in another language in addition to English desirable
