I am currently partnering with a multinational technology company who are looking for an experienced Analyst to join their existing team in Reading.

Role Overview
The primary objective of the Partner Incentives team and this role is to drive the performance of the company and it's partners by evangelising the Partner Incentive programs and investment. The role is primarily focused on providing support, training and readiness to internal and external parties. It also includes the management of locally designed incentive campaigns and centralised reporting to build insight and drive return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
1.Own and drive a dashboard of internal 'value-add' reporting to drive business performance
2.Become the subject matter expert on Microsoft global incentive programs and campaigns
3.Help to design, build, report and communicate on bespoke local market incentive campaigns
4.Learn and leverage internal systems and tools
5.Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements as needed
6.Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1) Experience
§Previous program management or business operations experience in a large organisation
§Effective written and verbal communications to stakeholders
§Organised and process driven with high level of attention to detail
§Experience in working with large datasets to extract business insight
§Ability to learn / adopt new technologies and applications

2) Technical / Functional Skills
§Advanced Excel (Functions, Formulas, Pivot Tables etc.)
§Other MS Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
§Understanding of databases, data cubes and previous experience using reporting dashboards preferable

Effective verbal and written communication is key and being able to develop good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, from junior to senior and across disciplines, is a key success factor for the right candidate.
