Operating within a matrix organisation the successful candidate will need to develop effective working relationships with the wider HR Team, Finance, as well as external parties.

·Key activities:

The Payroll Interface will be responsible for France payroll as well as other countries (supported remotely): collects payroll relevant information; updates internal databases, administrator of Time-recording tool/processes (HR Kiosque) and vacation balances checking, submits payroll information to payroll provider.

She/he also monitors payroll process and intervene when obstacles occur.
It is the focal point for Finance: be prepared to clarify/justify payments.
Maintains auditable files, supports international projects when they occur and monitors and handles queries within the team shared mailbox from Finance, employees, HR, payroll provider.

·Roles and Responsibilities:

- ensure accurate and timely submission of all payroll data to the payroll provider on a monthly basis
- support wider HR team on payroll processing questions, administration of the Time & labor tool as well as supporting projects for payroll process improvements, automation and the implementation of new systems (if applicable)
- support on data reporting / monthly declarations to external bodies

Experience and Personal Skills:

* Fluent in French & English writing / reading
* Preferable 2 years experience gained within a HR function working on payroll / personnel administration related topics
* Basic knowledge of French tax and labour law
* Excellent Excel skills required - experience with other MS Office programs

* Self-confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic
* Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
* Able to dig into the details but at the same time capable of differentiating essential versus non essential details
* Administrative skills, data handling and reporting
* Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled
