·Effectively manage the training and support of the Key Users aross EMEA.
·Identify opportunities to consolidate and reduce the number of HR systems; scope and drive forward proposals, obtain necessary approvals and oversee implementation.
·Champion process optimisation and leverage the return on technological capabilities.
·Engage with key business stakeholders to identify future business priorities and the resulting systems, process and data solution requirements.
·Conduct Key User Forums periodically to ensure 2 way communications and feedback regarding HRIS Systems
·Support the conformance to the suite of processes and a data model that caters to the business' requirements and needs.
·Match business needs and system functionality to deliver best-fit solutions; identify, develop and implement system solutions as required.
·Support periodic process alignment and data cleansing exercises across EMEA Region for SAP and SuccessFactors Systems.
·Support the team in resolving anomalies and escalations arising out of periodic data audits.
·Go beyond incident resolution and remediation of data and data feed issues that impact on target systems by identifying the root cause and managing the original problem.
·Support the HRIS function in monitoring and driving adherence to policies and robust data management.
·Strong stakeholder skills with good attention to detail.
·Ability to lead a delivery team through technically complex projects & operations
·Ability to resolve data issues at a tactical level and address the root causes at a strategic level.
·Ability to interpret and recommend strategic direction in relation to HR data and external market data.
·Experience of analysis and reporting with continuous improvement.
·Experience of work with project teams across multiple locations globally and overcoming language barriers.
·Project experience with good understanding of SDLC lifecycle.
·Time and project management skills to manage a number of tasks concurrently with ability to prioritise.
·Previous expertise for end-to-end process including working with various business functions such as Procurement, Finance, Medical & Development and third parties.
·Ability to drive; 'clean' driving licence.
·Appreciation of relevant Compliance and Regulatory legislation, application and forthcoming changes.
