·HR subject matter expert for EMEA on the utilisation of SAP functionality to support business processes; provide governance and leadership across EMEA HR.
·Act as champion of global and regional HR SAP processes across the EMEA countries.
·Act as principal liaison point for key business users and IS for investigating, analysing and implementing SAP HR business solutions across EMEA; demonstrate continuous evaluation of new SAP technology and innovations.
·Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations and leadership to business stakeholders on leveraging the capabilities of SAP.
·Produce high quality end-to-end solutions for new and existing projects.
·Drive and deliver enhancements from concept to solution (change requests).
·Monitor key SAP business processes to ensure they are being followed and, where improvement is needed, collaboratively introduce appropriate activities with business users to drive adoption.
·Manage key users across EMEA from a compliance perspective with master data management activities.
·Operating within a medium to large corporate environment (Pharma sector experience useful).
·Experience of SAP training, coaching, delivery and support.
·Proven track record of training and enabling new and experienced users to optimise SAP HR.
·Progressive experience within an HR/HRIS environment - evidence of multiple projects, successfully delivered on time and to budget.
·Significance experience of delivering on global SAP HR projects within a multi-cultural and geographically spread workforce.
·Experience of work with project teams across multiple EMEA locations and overcoming language barriers
·Strong stakeholder skills with good attention to detail
·Time and project management skills to manage a number of tasks concurrently with ability to prioritise
·Previous expertise for end-to-end process including working with Procurement and Finance functions and third parties.
·Ability to drive; 'clean' driving licence.
·Appreciation of relevant Compliance and Regulatory legislation, application and forthcoming changes
