HR Program Specialist - Contract - Nr Birmingham - £18 - 28 p/h
You will be working as an HR Program Specialist for a well-known international company. You will be building strong working relationships across the company to help facilitate the transfer of employees following mergers and acquisitions. You will be building and maintaining detailed project plans including assisting with drafting communications.
Taking ownership of related websites which includes gathering all content, working with IT to enable access to employees and closing down sites post transition.
Working with the HR Business Partner teams and coordinating on boarding programs. Managing detailed employee data files, ensuring updates are accurate and having version control is in place.
Working closely with HR Service Delivery teams and taking ownership to ensure that employee details are loaded to or removed from HR systems.
Ensuring that all key project stakeholders are kept informed of changes to the plan and to the data. You will be the central point of contact for all transition related activity, across all impacted International countries.
Conducting 'lessons learned' post each M&A (Merger and Acquisition) deal to ensure continuous improvement in the project management process.
Supporting the HR Program Manager with a variety of other projects and deliverables including extensive reporting requirements.
You will need previous experience in working in HR handling the transfer of employees and have strong project management skills, ideally in an international environment
Ability to collate, interpret and summarize large volumes of complex information from multiple sources
Ability to organize and prioritize volume workloads
Fluent in English - excellent written and spoken
Solid experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Solid Project Management skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
