HR Office Assistant-Redditch-Initial 16 Month Contract-£12.50ph

Our Client, a Global Telecommunications Company, is seeking an HR Office Assistant to be based in Redditch on an initial 16 month contract.

· Entry level position, no need for a lot of HR experience, purchase order experience is welcomed though. · Excellent MS Excel skills needed - interview will include test
· Quick learner - Lot to learn in short amount of time
· Good communicator - daily communication with people outside of UK

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating within a matrix organisation the successful candidate will need to develop effective working relationships with HR Service Delivery, HR Comp & Ben as well as the broader IHR team to provide Purchase Order & Invoice related administrative services.

Key activities are:
> Member of the IHR Purchase Order Team
> Responsible for Vendor Management, Purchase Order processing and tracking of invoices in the relevant databases for HR International (55 countries)
> Work on international projects to streamline, optimize and harmonize processes
> Keep track of changes in relevant databases, filing
> Supporting the IHR Comp & Ben team with various administrative activities;Back-up for HR Cops for the UK occasionally;Maintain and keep local files up to date
> Data reporting

Experience and Personal Skills:
Administrative skills, data handling and reporting
· Very well organized, very structured in how work is handled
· Financial experience required
· Preferably experience with vendor management / purchase order processing
Fluent in English - both spoken and business written
Solid experience with MS Office with focus on very good Excel skills;Excellent communication skills
Self-confident, knowledgeable and pragmatic
Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines with limited direct supervision
Focus on details but capable of differentiating essential versus non-essential details
Self-sufficient, independent, pro-active and understanding the complexities of operating in an international environment
Admin experience in an HR office would be ideal
