Our global client, based in Hersham, is seeking a HR Advisor to work on a contract basis.
·Combine a range of data with personal experience to develop insight into your business areas, its customers and the external context it operates within
·Network with specialist colleagues and communities of proactive to understand current trends, thinking and innovations in HR and specialist areas
·Implement people plans and solutions to support achievement of organisational requirements and align HR and organisational strategy.
·Monitor impact of ER strategy in relation between organisation and employee and propose changes as required.
·Coach senior managers to communicate clearly to employees on performance and reward matters, seeking to avoid conflict.
Knowledge and Skills:
·Relevant current local employment law and discrimination law in local and international jurisdictions, plus proposed changes. Knows what the organisation needs to do to mitigate risk.
·Understands the role of legislation in progressing issues of diversity.
·The significance of the employee relations climate and culture in the organisation and its impact on employee motivation and performance.
·Understanding of all HR technical areas to be able to apply to the organisation - such as Organisational Design, Development, resource and talent planning, L&D, performance & reward, employee engagement, employee relations, service delivery and information
·Principles and approaches underpinning effective organisational cultural change
