Giving support, training and advice to clients over the telephone, email on the use and application of our marketing customer targeting software (full software training will be given).
Using advanced technical skills to build bespoke client systems including the design of data reports as well as final delivery.
This is an opportunity to join a technically accomplished, client focused team. The support, advice and training given over the helpline can be business critical to our clients, therefore, the successful candidate will possess a combination of technical, numerical and commercial skills.
CORE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A good, professional telephone manner with effective listening skills and an aptitude to interpret client queries and convey technical processes clearly is key to the success of this role. As is the ability to think laterally, quickly and calmly.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Exposure to and/or appreciation of GIS software* and its applications
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Excellent written/verbal English
* Excellent inter-personal skills
* Excellent numeracy skills
* Degree in Geography, or Mathematics
*Full Software product training will be given
