Exciting opportunity to work in helpdesk support for this innovative international company. You will be acting as a single point of contact to provide 1st and 2nd line support for internal and external customers. The work is varied dealing with issues from straightforward to complicated technical problems. You will need to provide a high level of customer service and have excellent logical analysis skills and a passion for problems solving.
You will need 2+ years previous helpdesk experience, ideally with ITIL qualification and MCP certification
