My Client, a major technology company are looking for someone with Excellent Customer Services skills to provide the best experience to their customers in their end-to-end interaction with the Service Centre.
You will have keen awareness to identify red flags or roadblocks in business processes. Great attention to detail is needed
ITIL Foundation Certificate and Microsoft Certified.
