Healthcare Development Manager - Essex, Cambridge, Norfolk

My client is a global leader in the field of Diabetes who continue to go from strength to strength and they have asked us to help them recruit for an exciting new position based in the South-East.
This position is exclusive with Volt and they are looking to hire an expert in market access and key account development with strong diabetes experience. The company is highly regarded and an organisation that many people want to work for within the industry who offer fantastic career opportunities.

You will be pivotal in creating greater market access of the company products across the local economy for both pre and post launch products. You will be a key contributor within the Market Access department which is a key group for the company as they are often the first department to first launch new products globally or regionally within Europe.
You will work closely with Sales Managers and Medical Advisors whilst demonstrating excellent cross functional collaboration to deliver business. Whilst working closely with internal stakeholders you will will influence key health policy makers of the value to patients and the NHS of prescribing and funding the company portfolio of products.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and be able to show a strong track record of operating within market access at a senior level. You must have key account management experience, formulary applications, pathway designs and able to demonstrate experience of developing difficult access areas.
If you are ABPI accredited and have a project management qualification this will set you apart.
