Job Description

A privately owned Pharmaceutical company are seeking an individual to join them as a global senior manager of health economics and outcomes research specialising within oncology.

This position works cross-functionally with other Access, Commercial, Medical and R&D leaders within oncology, impacting global development and strategies. The main objective of this position is to develop and execute the Global HEOR strategic plans for Oncology for in-line and pipeline products.

Other duties include;

* Define/ implement the global HEOR strategy to support access and pricing and reimbursement negotiations
* Plan, design and implement health outcomes programs
* Collect real life evidence and demonstrate real life value for Oncology products
* Develop economic models with clinical and economic data inputs
* Develop indirect treatment comparisons
* Lead HTA submission strategy and support affiliates in HTA submissions
* Support the development of global tools to support value demonstration and communication
* Project management from concept to final deliverable including publication
* Seek early consultation and guidance from payers and HTA authorities as needed

The right candidate will possess the following;
* Advanced degree (MD, PhD, MS/MPH, PharmD) with experience in epidemiology, economics, public health policy, econometrics, pharmacoeconomics, psychometrics and health services research
* Fluent in both French and English
* 7+ years of pharmaceutical including 3+ years Global/EU HEOR experience in pharma
* Demonstrated expertise in developing global HEOR strategies, evidence generation strategies, economic modelling, payer value propositions/messaging, affiliate negotiation training/workshops, and informing government affairs strategies/policies
* Deep knowledge/scientific background in oncology
* Experience working in global positions, across regional organisations and within Alliance partnerships
* Global/EU product launch experience required
* Ability and willingness to travel internationally
