You will be working alongside the Customer Services and Support team who are on the front line with their customers helping them get the most from their technology investments. With this team spread across multiple sites and time zones they are looking for an Engagement Manager who demonstrates an understanding of management and administration of multiple sites with a given time zone/country.
You will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating with teams to ensure support is received for the CSS (Customer Services and Support) teams.
- Handle logistics set ups
- Order hardware and services e.g. computer equipment and office supplies
- Assist with partners and Project Managers managing space
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Project management skills (not necessarily a Project Manager style)
- Previous experience in an administrative, project management or business operations role
