EMEA Sales Consulting Manager - Digital client. £Neg.

Working for a global leader in Digital, we are looking for an EMEA Senior Sales Consulting Manager to manage the Solution Architect (formerly Solution Consultant) organisation which covers half of the EMEA territory, this includes UK/Benelux/Nordics and MENAT with primary focus on growing software orders and sales. This leader will collaborate with the Global Solution Architect Leader to define hybrid solutions.

The offerings created and brought to the market will be supported by an Outcome Selling approach and Solution Architecture methodologies, tools, and best practices. You will be a strong voice to customers, bringing technical and business requirements back to development teams helping ensure solutions continue to meet customer's needs. You will also be required to mentor, train and lead technical pre-sales teams.

In this role, you will:
*Establish a deep understanding of customers' business and technical needs.
*Create a "trusted technical advisor" relationship with customer's technologists and internal technical teammates.
*Develop solution architecture framework to support solution selling on an enterprise level.
*Help to provide vision, define system and application architecture, problem anticipation and problem solving ability across the landscape.
*Lead change across large platforms / functional areas using technology solutions.
*Provide deep technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design.
*Interface with all Pre-Sales Solutions Architects globally (and build a community) to train, mentor, guide through new solution architecture framework
*Provide SWAT coverage for key customer facing events, particularly C level discussions.
*Interface with COE CTOs to ensure alignment to sales process and priorities.
*Evangelise technology platform in appropriate sales forums to drive demand and continued interest.
*Build link to provocative selling model to ensure architecture views are properly integrated.
*Shape, drive and be held accountable for delivering significant strategic initiatives across broad scope/platform(s) in liaison with key stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline.
*Significant evidence of software industry technical experience.
*Previous exposure working within commercial services or software arena.
*Must be willing to travel
