Working as part of a larger team to complete Design Assurance Testing of the product, with individual responsibility for testing of sub-functions within the design, the DAT Engineer is required to develop and perform robust engineering testing of the electronic hardware to ensure the design requirements are met in all operational conditions. Testing is targeted to Safety Critical Analogue and Digital electronic circuits centred on digital processing functions, designed to operate in harsh environmental conditions.
