DIGITAL MARKETING - VEEVA - TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT - PHARM - BRAND

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading Pharmaceutical company, for a Digital Marketing Support Manager on a permanent basis. You will be the Super User of Veeva within the company so strong experience of this is essential as is experience within the Pharma industry. We are not looking for an out and out IT person, the role sits within Brand but the successful candidate must have excellent Veeva technical skills.

Key areas:

1)Veeva - As mentioned you will be the Super User of Veeva within the organisation, and be the point of contact for all issues. You will be seen as the Technical Expert and be continuously looking at new ways of doing things and see how other offices around the globe work with Veeva.

2)You will consistently be looking at wider channels by going to conferences etc. Looking for new ways of working, new tools and continually looking to add value.

3)You will be responsible for the daily calls with IT and all other 3rd parties, managing up as well as down.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED

·Successful track record of managing and supporting Digital technology platforms across multiple countries
·Demonstrable expertise in managing teams of external providers and internal users, aligning activity across internal functions and using external partners to resolve technical issues and develop successful solutions,
·Evidenced track record of supporting multiple technical projects at the same time
·Experienced in cross-functional working, engaging with multiple stakeholders to embed change
·In-depth understanding of industry and regulatory requirements for the Pharma sector
·Expert knowledge of project management tools and techniques and how to deploy these across more than one country
·Attention to detail, able to consistently maintain high levels of accuracy in process and change governance
·Knowledge of LEAN and continuous process improvement in the context of project management
·Adept at multi-tasking and prioritisation
·Can identify problems to existing ways of working and propose creative solutions that deliver a harmonised resolution across the business
·Competent in identifying areas where change is required and making recommendations for improving both processes and deliverables
·Culturally sensitive to differences needed for different people/ markets
·Impactful individual, building and maintaining credibility with all stakeholders
·Strong on rigour and attention to detail, able to analyse and synthesise data to deliver robust outcomes
·Politically astute with sound judgement and able to challenge respectively and constructively
·Fluent in oral/written verbal business English (ideally with a second European language) and an excellent communicator who listens to and distils feedback to achieve multi-dimensional agreement

SCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITIES OF ROLE

·Responsible for monitoring, supporting and providing technical solutions/support on Veeva, Vault and other multichannel platforms to all users in EMEA
·Assess issues and incidents in order to determine the root cause, recommending and implementing changes in process, working practice or training to remove any causes to increase team efficiency
·Provide Digital Platform technical support for the EMEA Region, supporting Digital Affiliate leads and the Digital Projects Manager including:
- Capturing, diagnosing and tracking all issues related to the Digital platforms to resolution, exploring technical
issues and finding resolution
- Uploading, approving and expiring Digital content in the Veeva Vault
- Providing an interface between systems owners and the Digital team to drive change
- Setting up training requirements for Affiliates in the test environment when necessary
·Responsible for updating the EMEA Digital Team and Affiliates on best practice, hints and tips, training and continuous education regarding the use of Veeva CLM and Veeva Vault
·Evaluate new channels and technology and identify gaps we may have from an existing technology perspective, proposing recommendations to the Digital Project Manager, then identifying and agreeing how to implement with the Business Solutions team
·Link the Digital strategy with the Digital technical roadmap (internally and third parties) and ensure that all parts of the businesses associated with the roadmap (IS, Legal and Compliance) are aligned and taking a consistent approach across all aspects of customer engagement
·Support IS and relevant stakeholders to help prioritise Digital technical requests and development plans that facilitate clear communications and expectation across stakeholders
·Lead daily Digital technical calls with IS, Accenture and Veeva to triage CLM tickets ensuring any agreed actions and resolutions are delegated to relevant parties and overseeing agreed to resolution
·Key contributor to the (Change Advisory Board) CAB Meetings
·Be the Go-To person for technical / functional support and knowledge on the CLM platforms, feeding in to relevant team meetings
