Job Description

I am currently partnering with a Global Digital client who are recruiting for a Customer Support Analyst to join an existing team supporting customers worldwide.

The position will be responsible for providing support to customers in the Gulf region and therefore the successful candidate will need to be fluent in Arabic.

Duties will include resolving product, configuration and application issues/questions as well as potentially providing some software technical support and application support.

The role is providing remote support and will be a fully home based role. This will include the requirement to work 1 Saturday in every 4 to cover the weekend.

If you have a proven track record in Level 1/Level 2 Support which includes experience of Salesforce Admin (ideally with a 201 certification) and are fluent in both Arabic and English then please apply now for my immediate attention
