Job Description

My client are looking for a Customer Services Administration Assistant to work in Milton Keynes on an initial 12 month contract to provide general admin support to the Service and Calibration Centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with general invoicing
- Responding to queries received from external and internal customers
- Maintain company databases
- Liaise with service engineers to plan service jobs
- Provide quotes

Skills required:

- Previous administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
