I am currently partnering with a Global manufacturing company who are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an existing team based in Manchester.

Your key responsibilities will include...

- Managing customer relationships via telephone including responding to customer enquiries
and difficult complaints.
- Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards at all times.
- To assist customers with product issues in the areas of recalls, returned goods, proof of
delivery, issues and freight claims.

You will need...

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous customer service related work experience
- Account management skills
- SAP and Sales Force system experience
- Ability to work with a high workload
- Ability to work with SLA's
