I am currently partnering with a Leading Manufacturer of Safety Equipment who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator on an initial 12 month contract based in Skelmersdale.

Due to the nature of this position, a fluent French speaker is required.

Candidates will have a career track record in Customer Service/Lead Customer Service positions and in particular will have:

· Customer facing experience is essential.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
· Organised, neat, and possess high energy with the ability to handle fast pace and multiple tasks.
· Must have analytical aptitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, self-starter, detail oriented, and a professional attitude and appearance.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills; time management and planning skills.
· Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft software;
