You need to have excellent customer service skills, as well as good communication and organisational skills. You must have previous experience using SAP to raise credits and debits and will be required to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be resolving any issue by investigating the root cause by liaising with Customer Service, Customer Financial Services, Business Services and the Businesses to understand the issue.
You will then raise credits and debits within SAP and coordinate Returns and issue to satisfy Issue resolution, Financial Standards and Customer Expectations
Keep up communication with customer along the process to ensure they are satisfied.
You will analyse previous Issues and proactively investigate potential issues
You must ensure to keep to the compliance standards at all time.
