Your role will be to:
Support the group-wide integration (and implementation in some locations) of Veeva CRM, by taking a leading role in a number of implementation projects, ranging from Marketing Automation to core CRM functionality.
Provide Veeva CRM integration support through investigating, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Maintain a strong understanding of regional variations in regulations to ensure they have a fully validated and compliant CRM solution.
Managing the CRM app problem resolution and driving a continual improvement programme of performance and processes.
Producing and delivering on the Veeva CRM Application roadmap.
Provide a central coordination and support point for the regional support teams.
Requirement gathering and understanding business objectives.
Assisting with the integration / rollout plan (user training, data migration, systems integration)
This is for a Regulated Pharmaceutical client - so you will have experience in a Pharma / regulated environment - as this is essential.
What you need:
Excellent CRM support experience - preferably Veeva - but Salesforce or MS Dynamics or similar CRM will be considered.
Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical client - or another similarly regulated environment is essential.
Experience of CRM systems implementations - or systems integration.
Experience of supporting a CRM in an international setting.
Educated to degree level in relevant discipline.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
