Our Client, a Global Technology company is seeking a Cloud+Enterprise Direct Marketing Manager to be based in Reading on an initial 12 month contract.
The Cloud + Enterprise business group orchestrates the go to market strategy for our server, cloud, database and management software. The C+E business supports two key sales motions; seller led and digital led. This role focuses on the digital motion, we call this "direct".
The Cloud + Enterprise direct business is a growing area of opportunity. We are embracing relationship marketing at the core of marketing execution. The UK is at the forefront of this transformation and will continue to drive this evolution. In this role you will be a custodian of this change, leading the acceleration of our digital maturity.
We have developed a strong direct engine for its Azure business and is now expanding for the broader C+E product portfolio. Our Corporate team are producing a core set of Global Engagement Programs (campaigns) to scale customer acquisition, purchase, consumption and retention.
The C+E Direct Marketing Manager will be responsible for landing the C+E Global Engagement Programs (GEP) in the UK. The role will involve taking these global campaigns and ensuring suitability for the UK market and utilising digital excellence to drive customers to and through these campaigns.
The role will require the individual to work across our marketing communications, digital and product teams to deliver a first class digital experience to our customers.
·To understand and be able to articulate the key value propositions for products within the C+E product portfolio.
·Take accountability for top of the funnel customer acquisition and own targets for driving customers through to sales qualification (ie Marketing Automated Qualified Leads - MAQL's) for each product.
Digital excellence for all C+E product campaigns:
·Build marketing plan to drive customer acquisition:
oHave an understanding of the marketing and business outcomes required
oBuild a marketing plan that focuses on top of the funnel customer acquisition with an understanding of key targets audiences that will drive revenue.
oOwn and drive key execution priorities
·Localisation and Customisation of campaign content:
oCoordinate execution across Marketing Communications and Product Marketing Managers to review and ensure we land key local priorities through engagement programs.
oBe the subject matter expert and evangelist for all UK C+E GEP's.
oDrive the change agenda for campaigns where required - ensuring key stakeholder feedback is represented and lead transformation with corporate peers.
·Ensuring a first class web experience across the C+E Product Portfolio
oCollaborate with UK digital team to understand paid media plans for product promotion, being clear on the targets and KPI's needed to drive success
oCollaborate with UK digital team to continually audit C+E web properties, understand the key drivers to enable customer success and drive change where required. Be an advocate and pioneer of cutting edge online customer experience.
oCollaborate with UK Social team to ensure product priorities land in wider social strategy. Leading to first class advocacy amongst customer base.
oDemonstrable marketing experience within the online media industry
