Job Description

Job title: Clinical Nurse Advisor - North West region
Job type: Initial 12 month contract + potential extensions
Location: North West UK / Field based
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 / year

Summary:

- My client is a global technology organisation renowned for creating innovative products
across a number of different areas, employing 90,000 people in 200 countries
- I am currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to support their Infection Prevention
Division, covering the region of North West England / North Wales

Key responsibilities:

- Provide support and training for customers in the clinical arena
- Lead local education opportunities in conjunction with account managers to educate the
wider clinical audience
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
- Present & discuss features and benefits with confidence/authority
- Be seen as the Theatre product expert for our customers
- Build and develop effective relationships with existing customers and support local
Account Managers by identifying new business opportunities
- Liaise with company sales colleagues on a monthly basis to identify and execute
activities on Top accounts for that region
- Educate customers on clinical and cost-effective use of products
- Consistently improve use of products through relevant training and education
- Keep up to date with relevant industry developments

Education

- Educated to degree-level or equivalent qualifications as Theatre Nurse or ODP

Experience

- Ability to interact with clinical customers at all levels within their working
environment
- Sound clinical knowledge of the perioperative environment is essential

Knowledge

- NHS, Perioperative procedures/protocols and aseptic practice

Personal capabilities:

- Strong communication skills
- Excellent product demonstration skills
- Strong I.T. Skills including Lotus Notes & Excel
- Planning and time management
- Highly motivated, team player and confident communicator
