Job Title : Business Process and Acceptance Manager
Reporting to : Director Process and Project Management Center
Department : Process and Project Management Centergrade


1. Mission/purpose

-Accountable for a qualitative project design phase in the frame of complex projects through a team of experts in Business Process and Requirements
-Accountable for verifying that the project outputs meet the business requirements through a professional business acceptance methodology

2. Key responsibility areas

*Provides leadership, organizes, steers and develops the team members of his / her team
*Develops a new competence center of Business Process and Requirements in the frame of complex projects
*Further professionalizes the framework for conducting business acceptance activities so that the project outputs meet the defined business requirements
*Defines the processes and standards to be applied within the team and establishes a development path for the team members (through a certification process)
*Acts as a change manager to embed across the organization the new approach for managing the design phase of projects (through a business process-driven approach for the business requirements management)
*Manages actively the relationship with Orange group (through regular exchanges) to share the best practices in Business Process and Requirements management
