Job title: Business Excellence Analyst
Job type: Initial 5 month contract + scope for extension
Location: High Wycombe, South Buckinghamshire, UK
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 / year + pension & healthcare

Summary:

- My client is a successful and highly-regarded global pharmaceutical company
- I have an exciting opportunity for a Business Excellent Analyst with strong CRM
experience to join them on an initial 5 month contract with a view to being
extended into 2018

Background:

- The Business Excellence Analyst reports to the Director of Business Excellence
and supports the effective operations of Veeva CRM and data quality
- It also supports the sales teams in relation to SAP/AORTA data queries, with a
focus on business analytics to equip the salesforce with the tools they need
- The role will also involve providing analytical support to the Operational
Pricing and Trade Channel team

Key Job Responsibilities:

Administer local functional CRM requirements:
- Data Cleansing and Management
- Validating new record requests
- System administration support
- Creating CRM based surveys to support account segmentation and targeting
activities
- Handling ad-hoc queries directly or escalating to 3rd party support where
required
- Support end-user training for all UK&I business users as required
- User Acceptance Testing and Data Validation associated with CRM functionality and
relevant reporting platforms Support adoption of CRM by end users
- Make recommendations for development of systems/processes

Administer local functional requirements for Business Analytics:
- Manage queries from the sales force regarding territory alignments
- Data Quality relating to the Oxygen system and AORTA
- Updating and distributing Monthly Sales Reports and associated queries
- Attend BU Specific Operation Meetings to increase Product Knowledge/Brand
Strategy Helping to calculate the Quarterly and Half-Yearly Bonus payments for
each department
- Supporting the Operational Pricing and Trade Channel team with analysis and
commercial strategy implementation

Qualifications:

- Good working knowledge of Veeva/SalesForce.com CRM systems and Microsoft Office
with strong Excel competency in particular
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proven track record working with high volume of data
- Excellent attention to detail that delivers quality (right first time) results
- Exposure to the Pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Passion for problem solving and an inquisitive mind
