This is an exciting chance to work in a Business Development Manager role which is pivotal to Volt's expansion plan. You will be part of a $1.2 billion company which was established nearly 70 years ago. We provide a flexible portfolio of staffing solutions. Volt already has an impressive client base including many multinationals that are household names. Although long established the company has a start-up mentality with guaranteed investment and backing.
The role
You will be identifying, developing and securing new business in potential clients within the UK. Ensuring that there is a strong pipeline for sole or preferred supplier agreements or managing agent relationships. You will develop the pipeline through cold and warm calling, networking, marketing and social media. There will be the opportunity to represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events. Our marketing and legal departments will assist you in providing compelling responses to bids. We also have in-house Accounts, Training, Project Management and IT teams to support you in your role. We have a strong experienced team of recruiters who will ensure that we deliver on the services you promise to our prospective clients.
