Our client is currently looking to implement a global HR system and associated global processes and solutions, and needs an experienced Business Analyst with EMEA Payroll and ideally Time & Attendance subject matter expertise to undertake a detailed analysis and information gathering exercise to identify Payroll and Time & Attendance requirements for around 30 EMEA countries. Any experience of Kronos or ADP is nice to have.
This will require information gathering both via worksheets and detailed discussions with country SMES (particularly in the larger / priority countries) regarding their "As Is" Payroll and Time & Attendance processes, solutions and requirements.
The role-holder needs to be able to work at pace to (i) gather 'as is' requirements and carry out subsequent analysis of findings for each Country (ii) carry out an assessment of fit by Country for the global Payroll and Time & Attendance solution - and for those countries where it is not possible / feasible to adopt the global solution, make viable and practical alternative recommendations and (iii) identify process and data harmonisation opportunities across EMEA.
The main responsibility for this role is to deliver full documentation and detailed understanding of the current EMEA Payroll and Time & Attendance Landscape (c. 30 countries). From this identify the EMEA requirements for an RFP and their relative priorities. As part of this work produces final recommendations regarding the suitability of the proposed Global Approach and proactively suggests other options that might be considered.
