Job Description
Primary responsibilities are to: Elicit, analyse, challenge, prioritise, validate and document the requirements of the business; Write and model functional requirements specifications; Monitor and report project progress, track and have experience using project management application tools; Manage scope and requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle; Write and execute functional test plans and scripts (including new functionality as well as regression) and document actual results; In user testing, assist in test case and script review as well as defect root cause analysis; Assist in operational readiness, production implementation planning and execution activities; Use of workflow analysis tools and the organization's experiences with workflow analysis and design.
You must have a minimum of 3-4 years' BA experience in the global capital markets industry; including Custody & Accounting, Asset Servicing, Fund Services, Alternative Investment, Corporate Trust, Treasury and/or Clearing. You should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of end-to-end operation flows across multiple applications and have experience with development lifecycle processes and techniques
