The project :

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team that manage the new platform supporting the client admission. This platform will evolve quite rapidly into the future process management tool, to cover most business process.

*You identify, describe and validate business solutions to meet the needs and ensure adequate trade-off between these different needs when not aligned (multi teams involved)
*You facilitate communication between the Business and the IT teams during the project delivery phase. You also provide an effective interface with the package vendor and the implementation partner
*You are able to make the business aware of their own interests and the implications of their decision or request
*You pay attention to have the right trade-off between quality, cost and timeliness
*You'll be involved in implementation and configuration of the package:
*You provide requirement for the work of the technical team in charge of the developments
*You act as the guardian of the package by challenging the Business and the IT teams in order to get the best of the package (balance between speed and long term stability, between application changes vs process changes …)
*You provide the necessary inputs to the package vendor, so they can deliver the required components/evolutions
*You configure some parts of the package by yourself for the small changes
*You'll be involved in the testing of the package : you develop business test scenarios
*You review the testing done by the technical team and implementation partner to ensure that requirements have been correctly implemented
*You validate the quality of the changes end-to-end before passing to the Business for detailed validation
*You participate and support the test execution handled by the Business end-users during the User Acceptance Test (UAT)
