My Client, a major payment Company are looking to recruit a
BUSINESS ANALYST on the Product side

Purpose of Role:

The Business Analyst will discuss new requirements with internal and external customers and align closely with Product Management in the early stages of product analysis. The Business Analyst understands the vision of the product and performs various activities in development teams to reflect that vision into the product.

Your responsibilities:

*Assist the Product Management department with high level feature analysis
*Analyse the requested features in detail by using input from all stakeholders, customers and partners
*Understand the business request, be the domain expert to answer questions from the development team swiftly and decisively.
*Look at the big picture and break the big picture into smaller pieces, so that the development team can execute features within a 2-week sprint
*Requirements are documented in Epics and User Stories
*Present the requirements using Specification by Example
*Maintain the documentation in a 'Living documentation' repository
*Ensure that requirements meet the current business needs

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

·Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analysis
*Any experience of working withing Agile is desirable but not essential.
·Completed technical education
*Be very used to working in an environment where you are accountable for your work and everyone's work is fully exposed and accounted for. Maybe someone who has worked 20 yrs in a large corporate company wouldn't find the environment or the way of working to their liking.
·Good knowledge of the Payments and/or Credit Card industry, on the business side as well as on the technical side is nice to have but not essential
·Communicative, collaborative personality with hands-on mentality
·Very self-reliant
·Capability to multitask and to maintain a good overview in long running projects
