Job Description

Bi-Lingual Recruitment Co-ordinator - Hersham
You will be working with an international company using your language skills to develop relationships with hiring managers, suppliers and contractors in order to fill job requisitions.
Liaising with hiring managers and suppliers to get the best possible choice of CVs and then coordinating interviews and best of all making contract offers.
You will also be responsible for administration of contractors, starters, leavers, contract extensions, negotiating rate increases and purchase order changes.
You will need fluency in either Dutch, French or German and fluent written and spoken English as you will be attending staff, supplier and client meetings and conference calls.
You will need to be comfortable in negotiating with both managers and suppliers
Previous experience in an HR / Recruitment environment is ideal and professional customer service skills are essential. Benefits include 5 weeks holiday with pension and healthcare after a qualifying period.
