My Client a global technology company based in Twycross are looking for a bi-lingual customer services supervisor
About you:
You are a driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for both video games & customer support. You are comfortable with a variety of training methods to deliver to exacting standards.
Able to demonstrate an understanding of the need for constant review of policies and procedures, fine-tuning and consistency. You are an eager communicator with a keen ear to the needs of peers and reports. You are passionate about what you do, and seek an environment in which to share and utilise your strengths.
What you can expect:
This is a level 2 customer services role, reporting to the Customer Services Manager. You will be assisting in the building of the customer services team, preparing and delivering training and presentations to new starters, conducting quality checks on support agent's work, assisting in Terms of Service investigations and, answering first line support tickets when required.
Your skills:
·Excellent written English skills
·At least two years' experience supervising a small team of Customer Support agents
·2 years as a trainer in a customer services / IT related role
·Experience in working with & training remote office teams
·Adaptable, upbeat and able to take direction
·Comfortable working with diverse personalities
·Self-starter, capable of working without supervision
·Capable of occasional domestic or European travel when required
·A solid understanding of Customer Service operations
·Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and presentation software
·Significant interest in PC and video gaming

Pluses:
·Fluent written French, Spanish, Italian or German
·Previous Terms of Service / EULA Enforcement roles
·Experience with Zendesk or similar Customer Support Helpdesk software
·Previous experience in supporting PC games
