Job Description

My global client are looking for an Office Administrator to be based in Edinburgh on an initial 12-month contract as maternity cover.

You will need to be confident with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, have exceptional communication skills, organisation skills and a can-do positive attitude.
Responsibilities will include:

·General Administrative support to all business units within the Edinburgh office
·Raising and tracking purchase orders and purchasing card transactions
·Organise the office's operations and procedures by undertaking several administrative tasks
·Assisting with the Recruitment process (arranging and setting up interviews)
·Reporting: time, spend, productivity from time tracking system
·Helping generate and collecting content for our social media platforms
