Job Description

My global client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator on an initial 12-month contract as maternity cover. The role would best suit someone with previous office experience and an interest in technology.

You will need to be confident with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, have exceptional communication skills, organisation skills and a can-do positive attitude, as well as someone who has the ability to work to minimal supervision and be flexible.

Responsibilities:
·General Administrative support to all business units within the Edinburgh office
·Raising and tracking purchase orders and purchasing card transactions
·Organise the office's operations and procedures by undertaking several administrative tasks
·Assisting with the Recruitment process (arranging and setting up interviews)
·Reporting: time, spend, productivity from time tracking system
·Helping generate and collecting content for our social media platforms
