2nd Line Support Analyst (Desktop, SQL Queries, Insurance)

I'm partnering with an award winning client who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team based in Essex. This impressive company provide bespoke Insurance software to a number of leading Insurance companies within the industry and benefit from the self-sufficiency achieved through truly flexible systems and industry bred technical guidance.

As the Support Analyst you will responding to Customer issues via telephone and email, providing solutions to problems where possible and logging incidents on their incident logging system, analysing issues and identifying root cause analyst solutions.
You will have previously have worked in the Insurance industry and have a background in support roles together with extensive experience in Microsoft Server, Desktop Operating Systems and Applications.

Experience required:
·Insurance industry background
·Ability to write and execute SQL Server Scripts
·Knowledge of Server and Desktop hardware
·2nd Line Support
