I'm currently partnering with an award-winning enterprise software solutions company with the flexibility to handle any insurance risk or trade. They are looking for a highly skilled IT support analyst with several years` experience within 2nd line support and who has proven skills with SQL. The ideal candidate will also have a track record within the insurance industry.
Duties will include responding to customer issues via telephone and e-mail, providing solutions to problems where possible and logging the incident on their Incident logging system. Analyse issues and identifying solutions where appropriate.
