I'm currently partnering with a Global Software Company who are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their busy IT department. As the 1st Line Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues, ensuring that all users benefit from a high quality IT service experience across all systems.
You will come from a IT Support background and have good experience within the following areas:
*Proven Corporate experience of supporting local and remote workers
*An excellent working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 including Outlook and Skype For Business
*Microsoft Office & Office 365
*A strong knowledge of current PC hardware
*Experience with supporting networked workgroup printers
You will also have strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate on their CVs solid experience in providing direct client technical PC support.
