IT Support Analyst

I'm currently partnering with a leading mental health charity who are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their busy IT department. As the 1st Line Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues, ensuring that all users benefit from a high quality IT service experience across all systems. The role has an 80/20 mix between 1st and 2nd line Support.

You will come from a IT Support background and have good experience within the following areas:

·Windows 7/10
·Microsoft Office & Office 365
·Avaya Telephone Systems
·Remote Desktop Support tools
·Basic Active Directory Administration

You will also have strong interpersonal skills and be flexible/open to new ways of working.
