You will be the main point of contact for any IT 1st line issues and escalating where required. Working as part of a team to provide a high level support to international customers.
you will need the following knowledge and experience
Windows 7/10, OSX
Mobile devices (Android and iOS)
Remote Support Tools
Understanding of Networking
Understanding of VOIP
Understanding of VPN
Understanding of Microsoft Exchange
as well as proven ability as a 1st Line Support Analyst with experience in handling your own workload.
This position may require International as well as domestic travel from time to time.
Full driving licence required
