IT Service Desk Analyst Person Spec (1st Line Support).

We are working with a leading charity based in Southeast London who are actively seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst.


-Understanding of Active Directory
-Experience in a customer-facing / telephone support role
-Working knowledge of Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
-Understanding of IT Processes and Procedures
-Support role in a busy Windows domain
-Good knowledge of Windows 10 operating system


-Working Knowledge of ITIL / equivalent framework
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Experience in working towards targets
-Familiarity in System Administration of Microsoft Active Directory i.e. security groups, starters/leavers processes, password resets.


-Network troubleshooting experience
-Experience in Mobile Device Management
