For the past couples of years, our client has developed diverse solutions adapted to their client's needs: Online backup, File sharing, Cloud browsers, etc.
For the Belgian Business Unit, located in the city centre of Brussels, we are recruiting an enthusiast Dutch speaking Customer Support Engineer / Technical Support Engineer/Helpdesk.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB?
You will work together with the team for the technical and functional support and as was the training and the implementation of their client's products. Your tasks will also involve:
Analysing and resolving incidents reported by their clients.
Treating all internal and external needs on your own and with autonomy.
Following and managing customer relations.
Documenting all resolutions of incidents, in line with our client's culture.
Participating to the continuous improvement and process improvement of the Customer Care team.
Identify and priories any emergency.
WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?
A first experience in Customer Relation a plus. You ideally had a technical role (support in IT).
You have strong analysis skills and you are able to understand quickly the need of client.
You have excellent presentation and communication skills.
You are autonomous but in the same time, you have a strong team spirit. You are able to work in a team.
You have a good understanding of IT in general and particular with Windows.
