Customer Experience Insight Manager - Berkshire - £60 - 70000
Exciting and pivotal role working as an Integrated Customer Experience Insight Manager for a company whose products are world renowned. You'll be providing thought leadership to the team and strategically shaping digital campaigns with measurable objectives. Developing and implementing reports and dashboard, extracting and manipulating data, writing complex queries using SQL. You will need to have vision and strong project management skills using insights gained through multi channel analysis for this key role within the company. You will need previous experience in various analytical techniques including regression analysis, predictive modelling techniques and decision trees.
